Payment Questions
We use the payment gateway Stripe which ensures you have a secure and fast way to pay using your debit or credit card. Schools and nurseries can be sent an invoice for bulk orders and can pay via bank transfer or check.
All single books are priced at £4.99 for non-members and £3 for members. There are also discounts on all book bundles if you are a member meaning you can save a considerable amount with each purchase
If physical books are damaged in transit you must send us photographic evidence of any damage and either replacement books will be sent out or a refund will be issued. Membership refunds are not given as instant benefits are received as soon as payment goes through. You will be sent a reminder email that your membership will renew and you will get the opportunity to cancel before it does.
Activity Hub Questions
Yes - it is a real bargain! For just £19.99 FOR THE WHOLE YEAR (!!) you not only get access to 19 storybooks in video format, printable linking resources & activities, topic-based activities AND EYFS training material, but you'll also get HUGE shop discounts automatically when you log in!
With the cost of print increasing we knew we had to raise the prices of our books. However, by creating this subscription we have managed to keep books for subscribers at the same low prices, whilst giving you LOADS of added value. This means you really aren't out of pocket at all!Â
Subscription is just £19.99 for the whole year! This is less than £1.70 per month! It is a recurring annual payment that will automatically renew at the end of the year. You can cancel your subscription at any time which will stop any future payments.
Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your account, and navigate to the ACCOUNT section here to cancel.
You will receive an email 15 days before your subscription is due to renew.
As soon as you join you will receive some emails from us (Early Years Story Box). In these emails you will get your login details and directed to set your password.
Shipping & Returns Questions
To keep costs down we charge customers as little postage as possible and post all of our books second class. You will usually receive books within 3-5 working days
After you have made a purchase we will send you an email with your order confirmation and receipt.
Items can only be returned if they have been damaged in transit. If this is the case, we require photographic evidence of the books and envelope that was damaged. After we agree that damage was made through the postal system, we will either send replacement books or issue a refund.
Yes! When you order your books there will be an option to ship to another address.
Personalised Book Questions
Yes. The minimum order is 100 books, but this can be broken down into batches of 50 (so 2 lots of 50 books)
We will create a bespoke plan for you. As long as you meet the minimum order requirement (100 books in minimum batches of 50), you can order any book in our collection.
At the moment there are non set up fees for personalisation. However, this may change in the future so now is a good time too come on board!
All books are personalised with your setting's logo and most of our transition books are personalised with your settings name too!
In our Primary transition books Little Bear is personalised with your school uniform colour too!
